Participation Policy

Prpl participants believe that open-Source, open-APIs, and open-Specifications lead to better interoperability, and that voluntary adoption is generally pro-competitive and may improve market efficiencies, lower costs and promote further innovation. To that end:

• The prpl Foundation seeks to include broad industry representation.
• Prpl encourages contribution from all participants.
• Prpl expects that participants will support its purpose, and not attempt to constrain other participants.  Participants must use their real names and affiliations.
• Participants agree to be bound by prpl’s Antitrust and IP Policies.
